What You Will Learn
This foundational module covers everything you need to begin your journey as a certified hypnotherapist:
Hypnosis Fundamentals
The history, science, and philosophy of hypnotherapy. Understanding trance states, suggestibility, and the conscious-unconscious relationship.
Trance Induction Techniques
Progressive relaxation, rapid inductions, conversational hypnosis, and Ericksonian approaches. You will practise until these become second nature.
Metaphysical Frameworks
Energy work, chakra systems, transpersonal psychology, and the spiritual dimensions of healing that set the Aligned Method apart.
Ethical Foundations
Professional boundaries, informed consent, scope of practice, and the ethical framework required for IACT + IMDHA certification.
Supervised Practice
Real client work under Karin's direct supervision. You will not graduate with theory alone β you will graduate with confidence.
